The leather strip makes lots of twists and turns and also has big chunky knots in different places. On the toy there are (3) openings and a large smooth protrusion on the front.

This toy gives tons of satisfaction for chewers. When larger beaks bite the toy they will cut through the leather and stop at the metal.
