The 1579 Jute Sola Peat Shredder from M&M Bird Toys is a handcrafted foraging bird cage toy. This fun to chew toy has easy to shred parts to thrill pet birds.
At the top of the bird toy is a quick link connector that makes for fast hanging in the aviary. From here a length of sturdy link chain hangs down that dangles a metal wire at its end. This wire passes through the center of the toy ending with a small loop that has a knot of jute twine tied off. The body of the toy is made from a natural wooden bead sitting on top of a handmade sola wood ball. The sola ball sits inside of a natural peat cup. All of these parts are chewable and easy for beaks and talons to grip.
This pleasing toy is great to introduce to new pets and those with timid temperaments. The straightforward parts are inviting for birds to grab and chew apart. The toy is lightweight letting all size of pets enjoy.
